Man loses part of ear in accident

A 21-year-old man lost part of his ear after a motor vehicle struck the bicycle he was riding Saturday, according to the Auburn Police Department. Christopher Squadrito was transported to Auburn Memorial Hospital Saturday afternoon by the TLC Ambulance Service following the South Fulton Street accident in which he was thrown onto his left side from the bicycle. Thomas E. Moore, 41, of State Street Road, Auburn, was driving westbound on the street around 1:30 p.m. when he reached to the passenger-side of his 2000 Dodge and the vehicle veered. Moore's car knocked Squadrito off his bicycle and then struck a 1998 GMC parked on the west side of the street. The GMC sustained extensive rear damage. Both Moore's vehicle and the GMC had to be towed from the scene. No tickets have been issued at this time, police said.

The shirt that Nathan designed is done. We picked it up from the printers yesterday and I am so psyched. It looks gooooood. I want to thank the guys at Coalition for doing it in two days. As I have mentioned before, Chris Squadrito is officially ETIKET'S first sales rep. Well I thought I would post a few photos of him all healthy.

He got hit by a car and was in rough shape. His head hit the ground so hard that it ripped most of his ear off and even ripped out some of his hair. When I talked to him he said that he had some bald patches and he broke his toe. He also said that after the accident the first thing he did was jump up and check to see if his bike was o.k. This kid is a bad ass!

He is going to see a specialist about getting a new ear. Good luck and get well!!!!!!

Its official......I am back on my bike again after the whole broken ankle thing. It still hurts, but not enough to not ride.

Here is a shot of the hooligans that I went riding with lastweek. Yes it is a sign for the Mongolian Bar-B-Q. All you can eat! (on that note: This is the second asian buffet that I ordered ginger ale and was offered something not even close as a substitute. The first time it was root beer! Cause that's kind of like ginger ale?)

This is Chris from Auburn. Not only is this kid a serious bad ass on a bike, but he and I are working on a deal that will have him as the sales rep for his surrounding area.
He and Scott Twiford came into town to pick up some shirts and do some riding. He cracked some ribs and broke a finger. Bummer.

I think JOHN GOODMAN moved to Rochester. Now he wont have to drive 1000 hours to get to the park.

New shirts and Ben Pritchard

The new cursive shirt is selling well and I would like to point out that Ben Pritchard was the brain that this design was born from. Thanx Ben.

The new colorway of the 3 STAR logo is done and is already at some shops. Check Krudco and Outlaw for the new stuff. More shops as soon as I get time to drop them off.

I had 5 of this colorway printed on Long Sleeved shirts. There is one at each shop, so go get'em.

A while back my friend Sean Weaver got his bike stolen from his porch in Elmira. Matt was keeping me updated on weather they had found it yet, and he sent me this:

Zak, was with his mama, after going to court(lol) and saw the kid riding by. He made his mom stop the car and ran up to the kid. He said "give me the bike" the kid was like "No, this is my bike" and Zak said "No, that is Sean Weavers bike" So the kid tried to resist, and Zak got all ghetto on his ass and pulled his shirt off and said, "I just got out of court and I'm getting violated anyway, so I'll just beat your ass and take the bike, I don't give a fuck I'm going to jail anyway". So the kid folded like a cheap card table from Sears, Zak pushed him off the bike and rode it back to mama's car!!! End of story for now. But now we all know who the kid is and what he looks like and who his friends are. SO THE NEXT TIME SOME PUNK WANTS TO TAKE A BIKE we know who's face to smash in first. The end.

A quick post

I am picking up the first of the new designs on Thursday. I will get a picture up soon.

I'm tired

I just called in the order for 250 shirts that I will be picking up later today. Then......off to the printer.

Last night I called Tung Luong to go ride and this is what I got from him-

"I was riding Thursday, by myself as how these situations I get into all start. And I decide to try cypress rail. I go get on it no prob first try, and keep falling stair side, finally figure out the lean and get it, and repeat. Then I try crooked grinding it but only get halfway and flip over, and bleed from my hand and my wrist kills. I should have stopped here. But I wanted to just do the rail again. I hit it a few and at one point come off funny and catch the edge of a stair with my right foot and roll it bad. I have my headphones on but heard something. Wasn't sure if this was a break or what. So I get up walk over to my bike praying for a non broken ankle again (as I broke the same ankle prior). I ride about 2-3 miles home, walk into my house pretend as if nothing happened to my legs as the rents are just chillin. Walk up stairs freaking out. I decide to sleep it off to see how bad it gets. I wake up and its about the size of a tennis ball. I decide I should go to the hospital but am not sure about my insurance as I have my own student insurance now.(Tung is a teacher) I call the insurance company, and say should I go to the hospital? I don't know what it covers but im like 95% sure my leg is broken in some sort. The lady on the other end begins to panic and tell me to go to the hospital. Myself having been through this before am really calm thank her and start asking questions about my plan. She freaks out says to stop talking to her and go to the hospital. So I do. I drive to the hospital but decide parking is like $5. No way ill walk it. So I park 6 blocks away and start hoofing it, with a serious limp and no crutches. At block 3, a kind Thug gave me a ride in his escalade. I thanked him, got x-rays, and such, went to a orthopedic specialist and they said I had an "avulsion fracture" where my ankle separated. Lucky for me it was very slight, I had more of a sprain with a like avulsion. So I got a walking boot and and crutches. Went to my car went to work where they sent me home for the week. So that second I just took off for Vermont without telling anyone. I left took some clothes laptop and hid in the mountains. I went fishing, ate lobster, learned how to make wontons, hung out with my GF, went to some art festival, and within that time of thurs to Sunday, I went from crutches, to just walking boot, to just ace bandage and shoe. The doctor said I should feel comfortable to walk in 2-3 weeks. When I heard that I knew I'd be walking in a week. So im basically there. Hopefully riding by next week this time."

Nathan Powell is back on his bike and Ben Stalets got his cast off of his foot. (on his birthday)
